So as we know CHAN LIST RECORD CUE xx will ONLY record the specified channels, merging into the specified cue.
Never thought of trying this before and was a bit disspoainted to discover it didn't work, but would it be sensible for:
-CHAN RECORD CUE xxx
to record the state EXCLUDING the specified channels...?
