I've been using curves quite a bit this week on my show - and I wanted to put my requests in a forum post.
1. I'd love a graphical curve editor - think dragging and dropping points to be able to make adjustments to the curve, rather than typing in numbers or using a 3rd party curve to OSC software. In my mind - this would be like a photoshop adjustment layer, where I can add curves and change the slope by dragging points.
2. Curve player - much like the color path editor - I'd love to be able to play back a curve as it relates to the cue parts its assigned to - I spent a lot of time watching a minute and a half long cue over and over again and making tweaks to the curve to perfect the movement. It'd be extra cool if there were a playhead to let you see what a light is doing at a certain point in a curve - extra extra cool if you could see all of the curves in a cue overlaid onto each-other to see how parameters are interracting.
3. Curves as a target/referenced data - I'd love curve direct selects and to be able to make discrete changes to (or update) curves from live.
