Cut forward should delay marking lights so not visible?

At the moment if you cut forward into a cue in zero time (ie. shift-GO), you see any lights that should be fading out and marking in that cue move live because you catch them starting to move.

This tends to confuse lighting designers who think there's a live move in the cue.

Could it be that if you shift-GO, the mark is fractionally delayed so you don't see the lights move? (There is precedent for this, because for example GOTO CUE OUT will fade the lights out THEN move them back to their home position).
