Default Show File / Merge Patch etc

There are similar requests to this elsewhere, but ultimately many ways etc could implement it.  

Basically, in a multi-user venue I want an easy way to ensure our default patch (and perhaps some Macros, and maybe even magic sheets, or DS for some users) is loaded when a new show file is created although I expect that the *patch* is not an uncommon request (and some other desks can achieve it)

The Element, for example, facilitates an option to create a simple 1:1 patch when a new show file is created, this feels like a natural extension of that option as even the simplest venues have become more complicated with LED fixtures meaning a 1:1 patch is not as common as it once was.

Beyond the simple patch, it may also be useful to incorporate magic sheets (particularly the pop-up magic sheet) which in our theatre provides quick controls for atmospheric effects, house lights, and backstage working light.
