Direct Selects Banks should not reset with every increase/decrease of the number of Banks

Currently when you increase or decrease the number of Banks of Direct Selects in a Tab, it changes the row/column count of all Banks to be the same to either 3x10 or 3x5. It does this regardless of whether your Banks of Direct Selects have all different rows/columns, or are all the same; and does it regardless of whether Current Banks: is set to All or to a specific Bank. 

This makes it a frustrating chore to add or remove a Bank of Direct Selects as you have to resize all your other Banks every time, when one of the benefits to still using some Direct Select Tabs over Magic Sheets is their adaptability and how they automatically squash and stretch to fill the Frame
