Disable auto screen dimming

It should be a user option whether or not the screens time out and dim.

  • Because Apex has the new Target Keys, auto dimming makes it realy hard to see the active and pending Cue.
    Since, the Display in Monitor 1 of the Master-Fader-Pair is striped of.

    That is realy unpleasant, to look at a Display and only see nothing.
