Export vector based magic sheets as true vector based SVGs (including imported svg elements)

For years, Eos has rasterized magic sheet elements that were imported prior to exporting them.  IE, if you import an SVG floorplan, when you export the MS as a SVG, all your Eos symbols and text will be vectors, but the floorplan will export as a raster.  Likewise if you've created SVG fixture shapes in an external editor (ie Inkscape), those shapes also export as rasters even though they behave as SVG vector elements within the magic sheet.  In the exciting and fast paced poorly planned and last minute world of film and TV location work, we're often directly exporting magic sheets as fixture maps for the gaffer/CLT or even for the rigging crew to hang heads from.  Losing the detail of what should be infinitely scalable vector graphics is a pain in the butt that seems avoidable.
