GoToCue Time Fader

A Fader, that works exactly as the ManTime fader, but for GoToCueTiming, or an option in the setup to assign the GoToCueTime to the ManTime fader

Interesting. We will take this into consideration as we work on the fader tools later in the year. It would want to be it's own thing not related to the Manual timing fader.
