Have there been any updates on this request? As noted in the comments, the ability to lock a specific object would be AMAZING! There are often objects in my Magic Sheets that I don't want to accidentally move - so if I could select those and click 'lock' that would solve everything! This could be a checkbox similar to the 'Interactive' checkbox.
Or lock individual layers and edit the others. A hierarchy ol the layers would be great too, i.e. nested. Maybe a lock on individual items, especially groups. I could then group items and lock them. That would be almost as useful as layers. One problem with groups is reselecting the group items once you ungroup them to edit. It would be nice to edit the group items only... i.e. drill down into groups instead of having to ungroup to edit.
