The Softkey positions on the lower right side of the screen should always be in the same locations regardless of what you are intending to modify. It is frustrating when the options switch to different locations on the Softkeys. For example: By Type moves from the 6th location to the 1st location depending on whether you are updating a CP in Live or in Blind. These changes in position make muscle memory useless. I would Not like to use a Key Board where the keys changed position so why should it be any different for the Softkeys?
