Maintaining the aspect ratio or geometry of a projected profile during lamp movement in the X-Y direction.
Backgroung:
As you know, it's common to create specific light patterns using the lamps, such as squares or lines. However, when the lamp is subsequently moved, the projected shape often becomes distorted, requiring readjustment of the luminaire frame. This can be time-consuming and frustrating.
By implementing a system that automatically maintains the aspect ratio or geometry of the projected profile regardless of the lamp's X-Y position, could significantly improve the lighting process. This feature could be called "Maintain Shutter Geometry" or "Aspect Ratio Lock."
