Modernise Nomad application for High-DPI displays

Currently, Nomad is effectively designed for a maximum of 100% UI scaling on a 1080p display. When Windows display scaling is set above 100% (such as 125% or 150%), parts of the UI extend beyond the screen edges and do not scale down to fit within the available display area.

Many modern Windows devices, particularly 14–17″ laptops with high-DPI screens, default to 125% or higher scaling. At these settings, Nomad becomes difficult to use without reducing system-wide scaling, which negatively impacts usability and accessibility elsewhere in the OS. This effectively assumes the use of a large external display (approximately 21″ or larger) and excludes laptop-based workflows that represent a significant portion of real-world usage.

The application should be updated so all UI elements scale correctly on modern high-DPI displays, including support for 125% and 150% scaling at 1080p, with layouts dynamically resizing to ensure all panels and dialogs remain within screen bounds. From practical use, only a small number of UI elements appear to struggle at higher scaling factors, suggesting that improved high-DPI support may be achievable without a complete redesign (Seemingly anyway! Sweat smile)

New Tab window, options of Tabs extend beyond the screen at 150% for 1080p (High-DPI for 13" display).
