Moving targets in target lists should move custom direct select targets.

Howdy:

During prep, I build a lot of custom direct selects; sometimes when we get into the theater, I want to move these around. It'd be awesome to be able to move the direct select tiles when i move the targets somewhere else.

Either it could happen by default or there could be a soft key {Preserve CDS} or similar to be able to decide whether or not to move the items.
