This is just my opinion, but I think having 2 duplicate X dimensions and 2 duplicate Y dimensions is unnecessary. I realize you sometimes may be too far away from the axes to see them, which is why there is the secondary dimensions not on the axis. For that reason, I would suggest getting rid of the X and Y dimension that is locked on the axis. Since you can't really control the graphical attributes of the dimensions (which is fine), efforts should be made to make them as unobtrusive as possible. Having those duplicates showing the same number just clogs up the drawing. I think most people using Augmented have basic drafting skills and understand dimension standards. I think they would have no issue understanding the X and Y distances with just the one dimension.
