OSC support for backup & clients

As it is currently designed, backup & clients ignore incoming OSC. Would love to see OSC RX & TX settings moved into device settings so it can be enabled/disabled per-device.

nice idea, but then the Backup/Client must be prevented from executeing all of the OSC. A multiple "Go" would be akward.

OSCrouter could also be utilized to explicitly send OSC commands matching specific formats to be sent. Or, devices could have a field that allows devices to individually ignore OSC commands with string matching [this format].
