Show control cleanup

Similar to how auto block cleanup works, the ability to run a cleanup even on show control that removes anything no longer actively linked -- for example, deleted cues with timecode are persisted in show control, but the ability to later go back and delete/cleanup all show control events that no longer have an associated action (grayed out).
