Submaster property that will ignore [StopEffect]

As a (frightfully common) example, haze is run from a submaster with an effect.  I'll put the sub up and forget about it and off we'll go cueing.  Hours later we'll get to the cue with the simple request "and here all the effects will stop."  Easy enough; [StopEffect], record next, moving on. Twenty minutes later, "oh my!  The haze is out of control!"

I'm sure there are many use cases besides not wanting to pay attention to the haze channels, but if there were a way to stop effects running on submasters from being stopped by an untargeted [StopEffect] that would be great.  In a quick test, it looks like even shielded submasters will have their effects stopped!
