Toggle for Macro Direct Select Targets to be selectable while Macro Editor is the Active Tab

I store my personal macros in 4 and 5 digit numbers and would like to be able to select them via DS tile as I would other targets when managing them in their Blind List/Editor.

I envision this behavior being similar to how Groups are treated in Blind Group List Display.

I also think this behavior should be toggleable so that current behavior is default and this requested behavior is the opt-in state.

Now that we can store up to 99,999 macros, it would be really great to have a guard feature on macro direct selects so they can be selected both individually and in ranges for moving, like other target types.
