Undo and Command History buffers should persist after save

Keep the ability to use "undo" after saving, i.e. setting channel 1 to full, then saving, then pressing [undo] should undo channel 1 @ full.

Keep the command history available after saving.

yes, This has been on the list for a while. There will be a time that the buffer has to be purged. The current SCR is written to persist through two save cycles. Thanks!! a

I don't know why it says "Planned for future"; this has been fixed for a while.
