Unpark discrete macro

Looking to have a discrete unpark macro command -- currently [2] [Park] [at]  and/or [2] [Park] will toggle, but there is no way to ensure that a channel is absolutely unparked -- instead of toggling state. Sometimes we want to ensure a single channel is unparked, instead of unparking everything
