By default when you drag your finger or mouse on a magic sheet over channel objects, it reorders them from lowest Channel to highest on the CMD Line. Thankfully when you hold Shift+drag it will instead keep them in selection order on the CMD Line.
I would appreciate a User Setting to toggle which is the default behavior and which is the Shift behavior, for me personally I want the Shift behavior to be the default. For theater work one of my hands is almost always close to the Shift key and this isn't really a problem, but often when busking or working event lighting my hands are much farther from the Shift key and usually busy
