View Command History of Other Users

I'm surprised this is not a thing yet.

I think it would be super helpful to have the Command History not be tied to your current user permanently. Obviously, it makes sense by default, but having the option to view User 1's history while being on User 2 would be nice.

This would be useful when working with Junior programmers or trying to keep track in a multi-programmer environment. Always having to be on the Same User, as the one you are trying to view the CMD History from, essentially locks you out from doing anything useful at the desk and also gets weird with Live/Blind, which constantly pulls Tab 1 in focus.
