Discrete Timing in Eos

Where can I find something like: "Discrete Timing in Eos for Dummies"?      I'm just an Express user trying to find my way in an EOS world.  Thanks for any assistance.

  • there are two different ways how you can achieve fade time exceptions.

    - discrete timing
Chan 1 Time 6 Enter Update Enter
this is quick. but it's a bit hard to keep overview and to maintain when you want changes.

    - cue parts
Chan 1 Record Part 2 Time 6 Enter
people say it takes longer than discrete times. but it certainly shows you its details simpler than discrete times and to change it you just change the time of the cue part. main advantage is that you can see the time exception in the PSD ("cuelist").

    does that help?
