Feature Request: Autoblock every cue after a mark cue

This sounds like something that is already handled by [Delete][QOnly], which preserves tracked values in subsequent cues.

Can you explain how to do that?

When you delete the cue you no longer want press the [QOnly/Track] key to add the "CueOnly" modifier to the end of the command. That's really all there is to it.

That doesn't do the trick for me. We are normally working in QOnly mode, so for deleting a range, i always use for example: 9 @ Track Enter. But in the case shown, I only want the values to track to cue 310, because the fixture fades up again. So I have to go to cue 310, block it manually, go back to cue 200, reselect the fixture and do @ Track Enter.

I hope it gets clear, what I try to accomplish.

it's not quite clear. if you're in cue 205 and do 9 @ Track Enter it will automatically stop before cue 310 because there you have move inytructions and tracking will never touch a move instruction. only stuff that's written in magenta font will be affected by tracking

Right, I am talking about the magenta stuff that is tracked thru. It would be awesome to have a feature to protect those tracking values without manually blocking them.

can you describe a situation relating to your screenshot where this would be helpful?

If i would @Track Enter the Cue with the blue Zero, it will also remove all the color data in the cue with the blue Full. Thats why it would be awesome to have this cue auto blocked

If you mark the channels when they come up it should prevent the values getting "tracked" over, even if they previously hadn't changed colour etc . . . 

Hey, I am not quite shure what you mean with "tracked over". We are using our console with auto mark enabled, so every cue with a change marks all values except for the violet ones that are tracked thru.

This one of the limitations of using automark.  If you were using reference marking, it would be standard procedure to add a mark command when the lights are used, and the mark command would act as an autoblock.  The way around this in automark is to add your own partial blocks with a command like "Channel 1 AllNPs Block Enter".

If you need more control over your data, you might want to look at switching to reference marking.
