issues building custom bulb ordered multi intensity and 16bit rgb

Trying build a custom bulb ordered i87 where the sub intensities are 4,5,3,6,2,8,1,8 and also trying to build a 16 bit rgb, rgb cool white and rgb warm white. All 16 bit. When I build these types I loose the master intensity. Help. I build, creating, add, then patch, and I see the sub intensities, and colour intensities but there is no master intensity control either in the programmer or the modifier. Discuss!!!!
