How do I Change fader behavior on virtual faders.

I know about fader sets, and I use them on the main faders, but somehow I cannot set them on virtual faders. Is it possible and what am I doing wrong.

That’s how I have currently been doing it. Awkward. It should work the same way as real ones. Also I hope they support multi touch soon
