Fixture library requests

Hello, 

Is there any way of adding the date of when a fixture mode/personaility was requested witihn  the ETC library request area.So if i ask for library on a date and it is marked as received and a date could be appened to that notation? Appreciate making libraries is time consuming and some fixtures are more complicated than others but i've had 5 weeks wait for some fixtures which has meant the show has been and goone in some cases.

    Thanks for posting this and apologies for the inconvenience.  If you have a request for a specific fixture that you need for a show and it looks like you won't get it in time, please send the FLH# that you received from ETC to HESservice@etcconnect.com. We will elevate the priority and do our best to direct the resources towards getting it done in time for the event.  It has been a challenge to keep up with the sheer volume of fixtures and their numerous modes, and we're working to address this in the future.  Thanks again and hope you have a great rest of your day!
