4.3.0 unexpected behavior when using Suck, Touch, or encoders in the Programmer

I have recently encountered unexpected behavior in the v4.3.0 software on my full size Hog 4 when attempting to use the encoders, Suck, or Touch functions similar to the discussion Cannot suck fixtures from many years ago.

When playing a cue containing any programming for fixtures, pressing Suck should bring the currently onstage look into the Programmer; instead, only some fixtures (seemingly at random) have their programming brought in while others behave as if they have no currently onstage programming. Pressing Touch in this circumstance should bring all parameters, default or onstage, into the Programmer; instead, random fixtures reset to their default values onstage while others have their onstage look brought into the Programmer like normal.

In addition to this, when playing a cue, selecting a currently onstage set of fixtures, and rolling one of the parameter encoder wheels (such as turning the Intensity from FL to 50%), some fixtures will immediately reset to their default value for that particular parameter (such as going immediately to BO upon the touch of the Intensity encoder) while others behave normally.

There is no intentional difference between the fixtures that behave normally and those that don't; some are even of the same type and in the same groups. Some fixtures have been replicated from others. I have not attempted re-patching them.

I have merged this show file into a new, blank file; this results in no change in behavior. Is there a setting or unintentional creation of something that I am missing here?
