Update Multiple Cues

VERY novice user, but learning. Is there a way to update the setting on a fixture (or fixtures) in multiple cues at once? OR is there a way to update one cue then continue that update to subsequent cues? I've attached a picture for reference (we use cues for our operators to change for different parts of a song... in the picture, what if I want more house light in all of the "chorus" cues?) Thanks in advance...

  • are you using multiple cues per list, if so then the console would track the change to subsequent cues as long as the level had been the same.  if you meant that you are using different cuelists each time then an intensity pallet would be a good way to be able to edit this as needed.

  • THANK YOU, Derek for the reply... and for the terminology. So, each "box" is a list? If so, we use one cue per list. Being able to name each list for a part of the song helps our operators (who are volunteers). I guess you're saying there's not a way to carry changes from one list to another? I'll have to work on understanding the "intensity pallett". Thanks for the help.

  • you could do multiple cues in one command.

Set the intensity as desired and type RECORD LIST 1/1 + 2/1 ....

where the first number is the list number in the box in your photo and the number after the slash is the cue in the list. if you only have one cue per list then each will be cue 1.

if you make an intensity pallet however you could later just update that pallet and it would update automatically in any cue where it is referenced.
