Best to contact technical support - it could be a failure of the actual switch, they can help troubleshoot that.

I've checked the connections and nothing odd. I had assumed that someone had created a real time macro because it seems to happen at a relatively consistant time but that doesn't seem to be the case either. I'm still at a bit of a loss. Maybe it is a service call after all.
Is there an external keyboard attached?
