Insight3 keeps entering Patch Mode

Check to make sure you have not plugged an ETCNet cable into the RFU jack.

I've checked the connections and nothing odd.  I had assumed that someone had created a real time macro because it seems to happen at a relatively consistant time but that doesn't seem to be the case either.  I'm still at a bit of a loss.  Maybe it is a service call after all.

Is there an external keyboard attached?
