Hi every one. We have an Express 125 and it has suddenly stopped booting, and remains on the boot screen (boot v1.02). After about 30 seconds there is a click and the Stage Learn Clear and Cue buttons light but nothing else happens - the screen remains on the boot picture.
I have reinstalled the Console Software v3.1 that came with the unit and it seems to install ok (0%-100%) but returns to the boot screen.
Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a system reset disk/set of keys to hold done?
Any help much appreciated.
