patching elipscans in expression with emphasis

Having trouble patching the elipscans ive tried a few different methods what is the best way of accomplishing this?

I know this thread was awhile ago... but when I use elipscans with a node, I have to slow down the port speed to medium. Otherwise, they dont work right.
