change FX base values

how to chance a base value of a PT FX after this is stored onto a cue. withou changing the FX only the base value ? B818

I am sorry Matt, I am unsure what you mean here. I have played with the effects and am able to change the base values. Can you please provide specific keystrokes so we can understand the problem you are having?
