HOG PC and new Windows Vista

Anyone using HOG II or 3 PC on windows vista yet? Curious to know if the software works on this new operating system before I go upgrade my computers.
Thanks.

  • ok here a few instructions to make a partition on your hard disk.
You have a couple of options available.
you might use a software such as partition macig or you might do a clean install of your OS.
Boot up your pc. enter the Bios and make sure you have the cd drive as bootable device. Normally it should be this way unless you have changed it. Once you have made sure you have your cd drive as the first bootable device insert your windows Xp cd into the cd drive. Installation process starts as usual. Once you're asked if you want to use the extisting partition and overide all data say no and choose the other option id create a new partition. You have to enter a partition dimension. Just create a small partition to being able to install windows xp and a few softwares more. the right size might be around 1GB. Once you have createded your partition follow the instruction given. As a result you should have your partition with windows xp installed on it and unformatted hard disk as well.
Once the windows xp installation process has finished insert your windows vista DVD. Now the installation process will guide you through the entire process as before. At a certain point you should be able to see you have a partitioned space where your windows xp has been installed and a big unformatted space. that is the remaining partition where you should install your windows vista. Once windows vista has been installed, anytime you boot up your pc you should have a dual boot up option. Choose the OS you want to boot your pc with. Choose windows Xp and install Hog3pc as you normally do. Now shut down your pc and restart it and once you're asked which OS you want to start your pc with choose windows vista.
Once in windows vista double click on my pc and there you should be able to see two hard disks. select the one where windows Xp and hog3pc have been installed and find the hog3pc folder. Find the Application Icon (the Flyingpig) and simply create a shorcut on your desktop.
double click on your new icon and enjoy it.
    Hope this helps

P.S. remember to back up all your data before attempting the new installation.
