Help My Help Doesnt Work?

no haha sorry I should have worded that better...it doesnt work when I push the button so I figured maybe it was turned off somehow? But I want the help to work?

You might have a physical problem with your button then....

Will "Help" open if you click on it using the trackball?

nope neither the touchscreen or the hardbutton or with the mouse for that matter...weird huh?

I see what you're saying for it happened to me as well couple of times.
Workaround I found is to have another window opened to have the help back to work!

What type of console are you using and where are you clicking help? Please be more specific so we can HELP you...

hey I am using a wholehog 3...with the latest software obviously...I am clicking the help at the upper left hand corner of the touch screen where it says help...and I tried using the hard button but that doesnt seem to work either...any ideas? I thought maybe the help was somehow disabled...or something...
