Help My Help Doesnt Work?

hey I am using a wholehog 3...with the latest software obviously...I am clicking the help at the upper left hand corner of the touch screen where it says help...and I tried using the hard button but that doesnt seem to work either...any ideas? I thought maybe the help was somehow disabled...or something...
