Updating to 3.0

Hi,
What's the easiest way to download 3.0 to a USB stick and load it into an IPC ?
I have a MAC. Also, can you save more than one show file at a time to USB ?

No.

For a clean install you must use the ISO disk image via CD.

USB will only update the applications and not the underlying XPe software.
