Knockout / HogPC

How can I knockout a single perameter using only hogPC (no wing) -- normally i'd hold knockout and turn the encoder ... can't figure out how to "hold" the knockout key (tried shift). Any ideas?

with the keyboard in "map" mode, you can hold down back space while touching a parameter wheel.
