how to connect arkaos vj dmx with hog3

i don't arrived to connect hog 3 with arkaos
i try to configure the dp 8000 with artnet universe but it doesn't work
please help

    univer artnet 01

    computer 2 hog 3pc
    ip 192.168.1.2 255.255.255.0
    in DMX PROCESSOR SETTING
    artnet outputs
    use custom ip setting 192.168.1.2 255.255.255.0
    universe1 broadcast on unicast 192.168.1.255 univer artnet 01
    it doesn't work
    with magicQ there is no problem ,all is ok
    please help
