How to run a DP8000 on a HOG IPC?


In my setup I run HOG 3PC V 3.0.5

There are running 2 DP2000 (these are running perfectly)

I’ve recently linkt up a DP8000, and want to test this device.

The DP8000 was running V3.0.0, I forced the DP8000 to load the V3.0.5 software by pressing the 3 buttons at once while powering the device.
This works perfect.

The DP8000 is running V3.0.5 (shown in the control panel Hog 3V3.0.5(b2482))


The DP8000 loads the new software but I don’t can get it running.

The display on the DP8000 shows: Connecting, No server, scanning port 6600.

The LED near Hog-Net Link is flashing

On the back of the DP8000 the Link LED is on, and the Traffic LED is flashing. (Hog-Net Gigabit – Ethernet)

My setup: HOG IPC (internal DP8000 NR1 IP: 172 031 000 001)
WAGNER TOOLS SWITCH
-DP2000 (NR 2 IP: 169 254 128 099)
-DP2000 (NR 3 IP: 169 254 128 003)
-DP8000 (NR 4 IP: 169 254 128 007)

The IPC is set in the network section as use defult IP settings.


Do I forget something?

    Is there a way to check if the IPC_DP8K app is installed properly, and at the location where it supposed to be?

    The DP8K is directly connected via a UTTP Crossed cable to the IPC

    I updated the IPC whit HOG3PC V3.1.0
    Then restarted the console
    Updated IPC_DP8K app.
    Then restarted the console
    I launch a new show.

    Then the IPC keeps telling me that their is a DP whit a older software, and I update the DP8000 by pressing update, reload, ok.

    Then the DP doesn’t update, it’s just keeps telling me, scanning poort6600, and than it find’s something, and tells: wrong software ver-wait for cmd.

    Than the IPC starts telling me again that there is a DP whit a older software.
