I'm just wondering is there something wrong?

If you hold a protractor up to the color picker on screen and try to pick an exact angle, you won't get it because of the stretching. But that's not what the color picker is for. The color picker is intended to give a visual representation such that what you see on screen matches what you see on stage. As with any mapping between different color spaces, it's not 100% accurate.

If you need an exact hue, you can dial it in using an encoder, or select the Hue cell in the programmer and press "Set" to type in a value.
