Now I understand what you're asking. I wasn't clear what your question was before.
There are dozens of ways to represent color. HS is a good system, but it has some limitations. Specifically, many of the hues that are frequently used in lighting have hue values that are very close together.
In the color picker, we stretch out those hues to make them more accessible. If we slavishly followed the 90 deg and 90 deg rule, it would be very hard to get some of the more subtle hues, and a tiny move of your finger would result in a large color shift.
I kind of understand the idea, but I just have to disagree. Cause now 180 degrees is just representing a wrong color in HS wheel. IMO, the way "stretching" is done is just wrong...cause the wheel itself is not streched and doesn't show there is more resolution/colors between 90 deg and 180 deg. Isn't the correct way to add resolution and reach more subtle hues is using a bigger wheel? Also the wheel could have more colors, cause now the edge of the wheel has only 80% saturation.

If you hold a protractor up to the color picker on screen and try to pick an exact angle, you won't get it because of the stretching. But that's not what the color picker is for. The color picker is intended to give a visual representation such that what you see on screen matches what you see on stage. As with any mapping between different color spaces, it's not 100% accurate.
If you need an exact hue, you can dial it in using an encoder, or select the Hue cell in the programmer and press "Set" to type in a value.
Well...what can I say... I just find this very annoying, cause the wheel used, is the same as in many graphics softwares. The angles (hue values) are not matching to the colors of the wheel and it just feels strange. (You can check that with any graphic software color picker) What happens on stage is a different story and I don't expect the colors in the wheel to represent the colors on stage cause screen color space is far from that and like you said HS systems have their limitations.
