Single Universe Widget NOT WORKING on Win7 64 bit

I am running Hog 3 PC 3.1.9 and my laptop (win7 64-bit) will not connect to my single universe widget. When I plug the DMX widge into my USB port the computer says drivers not successfully installed. I have a show tomorrow, anyone help?

That means you are not even patched. Go ahead and open the patch window, add some fixtures, patch to DP8000 #1 and then try again.
