Cuelist Options

Hi,
Console : Full Boar
Connected Devices : USB keyboard
Software 3-2-0

I have added an extra playback bar,I have
virtual faders set to down, basically I want
to see the cuelists on my USB wing
which is not connected.
When I use the trackball to select a cuelist
on the extra playback bar I get the options
of that cuelist but as soon as I touch the options
on the touchscreen it dissapears.
Bug or is that correct for an extra playback
bar.

Best C
  • Do you have any external monitors enabled?
It should show you the screen, but it might be trying to open it on a monitor that isn't physically there.
Usually the system "knows" when a monitor is no longer connected and opens the window on an internal screen.....but I've seen odd cases in the past where it has not for one reason or another.

    Hope this helps. :)
  • Hi Marty,
No external monitors enabled or attached.
    Will try again.
From the post above about the keyboard onscreen disappearing sounds similar
    in some ways?

    Thanks C

I am not seeing this. I am able to open the options for a list on the second playback bar using the mouse or the touch screens.
I will continue to look into this.
  • Hi Michael,
I can also open any cue list options but when i keep the Choose button pressed down on the virtual list the qucik options cannot be seleceted on the touchsceen or they dissapear, this may even be the correct behaviour?

    Thanks C

I think I see what you are talking about now. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Are looking at the cuelist options that appear on the bottom right internal monitor as you hold down a choose key.
If this is the case then yes you are correct holding down the choose key (on the touchscreen) then touching the screen will close the options toolbar.
This is beacuse we register this as a new key press and since we do not support multi-touch we close the window.
If you hold down the choose key on the desk or on the wing you should be albe to touch the monitor and set a cuelist option.
