I'm trying to load 3.2.2 on my rackmount 3 backup system and cannot get the unit into boot mode. Neither USB keyboard nor programmer widget prevent standard boot up. When the new software disc is in drive at start up the console cannot complete start up procedure at all. Any ideas?
I'm not sure I understand your description. Can you give a detailed description of what happens in what order (or post a video somewhere online)?
Are you able to get into the boot menu? The boot menu gives you the options for "Full Install", "Terminal" and a few other options. Does the problem you're describing occur before of after you select "Full Install"?
