Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure what the shipping library is or where to find it. At this time we no longer have the console, but I'm guessing it is up to date. If you can direct me where to find the library download that would still be appreciated for next time.

Are you asking how to "patch" the fixture or how to "merge" it into an existing show?

The fixture is in the 3.2.5 b3414 release, you can also find the library using the link.

I would be merging into an existing show.

I followed the link and found a page to download a Full Library ver. 4.3.187 or an Uncommon Library ver. 4.3.187. Under each of those is a link listing the fixtures included. While the Design Spot 575B and Design Wash 575E are included in those, the Design Spot 575E is not listed. I have downloaded and tried using the 575B thinking that it would be similar, but it is only a 16 channel library. The 575Es that we use run in 24-channel mode.

I also tried going to the Wholehog Library Downloader Site and again there is no fixture library for the Design Spot 575E.

I found no fixture library that plainly states that it is for ver. 3.2.5 b3414 release.

I am truly sorry!
You are correct, not sure what I was looking at.
Please send an email to hoglibraries@barco.com and the library will be emailed to you.

Once you get the library put the file on a USB stick.
Launch into the show you want the library to live.
Setup - Shows - Merge Show
Follow the on screen instructions
Once the merge is complete you should be able to open the Fixture Schedule and patch the unit.
