Show will Load in 3.1.x but in 3.2.1, show server errors

Hi,
I have recently upgraded a Hog 3 Full Boar to os 3.2.1 I have a show that will load in version 3.1.x, however, when I attempt to load the same show on any system running 3.2.x (I have attempted on the full boar as well as hog3pc) I first get a "show server init failure" message and then "show server not responding." I have attempted continuing to "wait" for the show server to respond for over half an hour but it will not load.
I would really like to run this show and not have to downgrade the full boar back to 3.1.x.
Additional notes, I am running the Full boar on a network with an external DP 8000 the internal DP is not used in the show. Other show files that were created and ran in 3.1.x run as normal in 3.2.1. Also I am able to load the show in Hog4pc as normal. I have attempted to load the show in multiple instances of 3.2.x on Hog3PC from 3.2.1 to 3.2.5 and it produces the same errors.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I do still have a copy of the show that has not been loaded into Hog4PC. I've kept the original and have only tested Hog4PC with copies of the original.
    Might you suggest upgrading the system to 3.2.6 and then loading it into Hog4PC then sending it back to 3.2.6?
    I had issues upgrading the DP last time I upgraded the system. Although I eventually got the DP to take, my production manager is weary of me doing it again, as we ended up having to run a show with follow spots only because of it. Also we run rehearsals around noon and shows at night everyday so upgrading will likely cut into my sleep schedule.
    If doing the upgrade has a high chance of success then I may attempt that solution though. Let me know what you think as I am currently assessing the situation.
    I have done integrity check with version 3.1.x and then attempted to load it in 3.2.1 to no avail. I have attempted show merge and it always results in an error or a system crash.
