As I suspected, we do not have proportional patching on the list for SmartFade/SmartFade ML console features. We have a nice selection of other consoles that do offer proportional patching, though. Could I interest you in one of those? :-)

You certainly could! Unfortunately, as a dealer, we just can't buy everything!
The reason I ask, just so you know, is that I hooked up an Apollo Right Arm with a Source Four and scroller for a demo; but even setting the Right Arm mode to a small pan/tilt range, the back of the fixture still hits the Right Arm when the tilt attribute goes above 65%.
So, it has absolutely nothing to do with dimming, just a specific fixture. I plan on talking to Apollo about greater control over setting pan and tilt limits.
