No control at all from board.

Hello We are using the Smartfade board. Our 1st on going problem is the board will not keep any saved settings. It may work for a day or a month and then it losses it's saved settings. Our new problem is the board will not communicate with the dimmers at all anymore. We have multiple places to connect the board and none will work. So now we have to switch the dimmer switches on manually to get lights.

Hope someone can help.

Hi Brian -sounds like the console needs to go to your local ETC dealer for repairs.

Great that's what we will do. We also have 3 wall switch 's the have 5 programable buttons that have also stopped working. Any thoughts?

That could be many things - networking Problems, wiring Problem, architectural control processor.

It's best that you contact the ETC Dealer that installed it and have them come troubleshoot, because of

how complex the troubleshooting could be; you also don't want to cause more problems.

If you don't know who installed the System, you could PM the Serial Number of the Architectural Processor,

or the Job Number which can be found inside the Dimmer Rack, or maybe with the Smartfade console.
